Last time I profiled a company like CWNM we had a day of 40% on XCHC and a lot more on MJNA back in February. No doubt you read the news and know how legislation is increasingly friendly towards this industry. If gold plays were the most sought after ones out there a few years ago, Medical Mari juana is certainly one of the belle of the ball right now.

CWNM is not entirely new in the industry however. CWNM already holds patents for its pharmaceuticals products in several countries, namely South Africa and Mexico.

CWNM provides a patented solution for Controlled D rug Delivery (CDDT). CWNM’s patented and scientifically proven technology aims not only to improve the safety and pharmacokinetics of controlled-release medication, but also to streamline the manufacturing process for existing facilities without significant upgrades.

CWNM’s expertise in CDDT is part of what has pushed the company towards the medical Mari juana industry. The company just issued a release about its new venture.

In April, the company also announced their nutraceuticals division will be beginning sales of it new product line within the following thirty days. The Global Nutraceuticals Product market is massive — reaching over 142.1B in 2011 and is expected to reach 204.8B by 2017.

CWNM is involved in several keys industries: Medical Mari juana, Nutraceuticals as well as Pharmaceuticals (and holding a patented technology).

I also want you to take a look at the technical side of this chart. The news that just came out today is already starting to have an effect on the chart. As you could see today, there is a potential uptrend starting. The volume however tells me there are few that have yet caught on with this story.

The take-away from the chart is the following:

1. We’ve got a double bottom on the support at 0.04
2. Bullish Engulfing, with today’s action (check today’s candlestick) clearly breaking past the entire previous week.
3. Throughout the double bottom, the RSI crossed the 50 line into bullish zone (a positive signal for this trade).
4. So the stop loss on this one should be no lower than today’s low to let it run a bit considering we are seeing support (double bottom in the 0.04 range)
5. Mind the gap-up as always and re-read my gap-up rules to trade correctly at the open.
6. This one is also a low float so volatility is inherent, therefore be quick about the trade.

Good Morning Fellow Traders,

I wanted to touch on our latest trade from yesterday. WTII opened yesterday with a small acceptable gap. Following which volume came flooding in. However WTII failed to break resistance and was met with selling early into the day.

Following the gap-fill, we had a dip that saw many shares trade in the 0.0235 ranges before a bounce occurred towards 0.0275. A small gain and nothing considerable but a gain I will take no less.

This was however a tough trade as it required patiently waiting for the gap-fill. As most of you who read my volume pattern lessons knows, my chart from last night was looking for an uptrend to follow the volume.

Since the uptick did not show at open following the volume that came in, most of us waited for the gap-fill as well as a lower entry point.

Before I go into details about my new pick WTII, I wanted to cover what a Small Float Means as many of you have requested it.

Basically it comes down to supply and demand. When a company has a low float, it means the number of shares available on the market is relatively low. As such, when you can grab them first and the demand for it is there, the shares keep increasing in value.

In the case of Small Caps this is more so the case because the companies have such small floats and trade so quickly the shares can go up very quickly.

WTII currently trades in the 3 cent range and has shown several peaks lately as such I see this as a good bottom bounce trade. The last trading sessions WTII has tested it bottom and remained in this area. Volume has started picking up lately and I see this as significant and potentially meaning we could see an uptrend.

GROC traded its highest volume ever today. There were some nice opportunities this morning for an easy 10% (a few actually, check the image below).

Later during the day, we started seeing some major selling/shorting and according the FINRA’s REGSH, the total short volume today was almost 8M Shares or 40Pct of the day’s volume.

After dipping all the way to 0.006, GROC managed to come back up and bounce up 33% during power hour to close above 0.008.

Not the most exciting trade by far. Shorting really did affect this one badly. However it’s something we often see with Small Caps and shorters looking to kill a move.

GROC In Perspective, The Gold Potential.

I hope you are well. I wanted to share a couple of things with you this morning. First and foremost it’s my take on gold. Many will say the Bull Run on Gold is over. However I like to look a bit further.

Central Banks have been known to hold almost 20Pct of the world’s above ground Gold reserves. According to Bloomberg, demand from the banks is actually growing.

“IMF data show. The banks bought 534.6 tons last year, the most since 1964, and may add as much as another 550 tons in 2013, according to the London-based World Gold Council.”

What’s more, Asia and India is paying high premium to acquire physical gold as a way to protect themselves.

Premiums paid by jewelers in India, the biggest importer, to secure supply surged as much as fivefold in 10 days, the Bombay Bullion Association said. Sales by jeweler Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Ltd. (116)’s 44 shops in Hong Kong more than doubled from April 13 to 27, compared with a year earlier. Trading of the Shanghai Gold Exchange’s benchmark cash contract reached a record April 22, with volumes 20 times the 10-year average, bourse data compiled by Bloomberg show.

John Paulson, the biggest investor in the SPDR Gold Trust, told investors in a letter last month that central bank stimulus would lead to inflation and he remained bullish. The billionaire’s Paulson & Co., based in New York, held a stake now valued at $3.1 BLN at the end of 2012, according to a U.S. regulatory filing.

GROC is looking good based off the fundamentals. Gold plays can be very interesting. But I am also looking very much at the technical side of this play. We’ve seen it in the chart I sent you last night. We have support levels proven. We’ve had two days of upside and volume keeps picking up.

GROC is also a low float (notoriously quick movers) and is a Sub Penny Pick (another factor for easy moves). So you need to be very ready and quick at the open.

1. After a down trend support has been established in the .006 range over three consecutive days.

2. Price is on an uptrend with a small resistance at .01 which once broken creates an open uptrend range up to next level of resistance 180% away at the 50ma

3. Price by Volume shows that most of the buying occurred at the .006 to .009 levels proving again that once the .01 resistance is broken, very smooth uptrend from there on.

4. RSI is over sold with a bullish uptrend as it moves back up out of the over sold territory.

5. MACD extremely bullish as it is trending under the zero line and has now curled up, touching the signal line and ready to do a bullish cross over.

6. Histogram is also giving the green light as it has moved from a bottom position back up to ward the zero line and about to do a bullish cross over.

7. Acc/Dist hit bottom 4 trading days ago and now slowly trending back up as accumulation forming a bullish signal with the Accumulation line looking to cross up and over the signal line.

April 22^nd: Great Rock Development Corp Acquires Technology for the Extraction of Rare Earth Elements

Great Rock Development Corp. (OTCMKTS:GROC) is pleased to announce that it has acquired rare earth extraction technologies for the purpose of supporting its exploration project in the Cobequid Highlands of Nova Scotia with a low cost rare earths extraction procedure in exchange for 10 million common shares of Great Rock Development Corp.  These shares will be subject to a Rule 144 restricted legend restricting the resale for a period of 2 years.  Additionally the company will pay a royalty of 8% on profits generated through the application of the technology.

Great Rock Development Corp. (OTCMKTS:GROC) is pleased to announce that it has acquired rare earth extraction technologies for the purpose of supporting its exploration project in the Cobequid Highlands of Nova Scotia with a low cost rare earths extraction procedure in exchange for 10 million common shares of Great Rock Development Corp.  These shares will be subject to a Rule 144 restricted legend restricting the resale for a period of 2 years.  Additionally the company will pay a royalty of 8% on profits generated through the application of the technology.

I hope you are well. I wanted to share a couple of things with you this morning. First and foremost it’s my take on gold. Many will say the Bull Run on Gold is over. However I like to look a bit further.

Central Banks have been known to hold almost 20Pct of the world’s above ground Gold reserves. According to Bloomberg, demand from the banks is actually growing.

“IMF data show. The banks bought 534.6 tons last year, the most since 1964, and may add as much as another 550 tons in 2013, according to the London-based World Gold Council.”

What’s more, Asia and India is paying high premium to acquire physical gold as a way to protect themselves.

Premiums paid by jewelers in India, the biggest importer, to secure supply surged as much as fivefold in 10 days, the Bombay Bullion Association said. Sales by jeweler Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Ltd. (116)’s 44 shops in Hong Kong more than doubled from April 13 to 27, compared with a year earlier. Trading of the Shanghai Gold Exchange’s benchmark cash contract reached a record April 22, with volumes 20 times the 10-year average, bourse data compiled by Bloomberg show.

John Paulson, the biggest investor in the SPDR Gold Trust, told investors in a letter last month that central bank stimulus would lead to inflation and he remained bullish. The billionaire’s Paulson & Co., based in New York, held a stake now valued at $3.1 BLN at the end of 2012, according to a U.S. regulatory filing.

GROC is looking good based off the fundamentals. Gold plays can be very interesting. But I am also looking very much at the technical side of this play. We’ve seen it in the chart I sent you last night. We have support levels proven. We’ve had two days of upside and volume keeps picking up.

GROC is also a low float (notoriously quick movers) and is a Sub Penny Pick (another factor for easy moves). So you need to be very ready and quick at the open.

1. After a down trend support has been established in the .006 range over three consecutive days.

2. Price is on an uptrend with a small resistance at .01 which once broken creates an open uptrend range up to next level of resistance 180% away at the 50ma

3. Price by Volume shows that most of the buying occurred at the .006 to .009 levels proving again that once the .01 resistance is broken, very smooth uptrend from there on.

4. RSI is over sold with a bullish uptrend as it moves back up out of the over sold territory.

5. MACD extremely bullish as it is trending under the zero line and has now curled up, touching the signal line and ready to do a bullish cross over.

6. Histogram is also giving the green light as it has moved from a bottom position back up to ward the zero line and about to do a bullish cross over.

7. Acc/Dist hit bottom 4 trading days ago and now slowly trending back up as accumulation forming a bullish signal with the Accumulation line looking to cross up and over the signal line.
